The UNOS Summer Internship Program is a 12-week, immersive experience that offers young adults the opportunity to test and apply the skills they have developed through a variety of focused internship assignments. Our program offers competitive rates, hands-on learning, both professional and personal development opportunities, and access and exposure to senior leaders. The 2024 summer rotation dates are May 20 - August 9.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate on initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
Participate in the planning and execution of employee events and activities.
Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
Conduct reviews of HR policies and procedures.
Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Support the compensation administration process.
Assist in conducting market research to ensure competitive compensation practices.
Contribute to the maintenance and updating of HR information systems.
Assist in generating HR reports and analytics.
Participate in the recruitment process, including resume screening and interview coordination.
Minimum Requirements
Currently enrolled (or recent graduate)- Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources or other related field of study. Candidates at the undergraduate level must have completed their sophomore year of studies.

The United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) coordinates the nation's organ transplant system, providing vital services to meet the needs of men, women and children awaiting lifesaving organ transplants. Based in Richmond, Va., UNOS is a private, nonprofit membership organization.
