For over 20 years, our company has been locally owned and operated independent electrical contractor in Marin County. We are a Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm business hours company. No overtime, night, weekend, or holiday working hours.

We're looking for an exceptional Human Resources and Payroll falilitator to help us achieve happy customers, happy employees, and profitable revenue. You will help with business operations and support various department managers and do whatever is necessary to promote customer satisfaction and our business goals.
The Role:
As an Office Manager, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to ensure desired company effeciency and growth. You thrive in a fun, fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

- Time Card Management
- Payroll Processing
- Commissions Processing
- Benefits Enrollment and Maintinance
- Insureance Policy Maintinance and Claims
- New Employee Readiness
- Fields Receipts Reconciliation
- Job Costing Processing and Reporting
- AR Collections
- Daily Reporting and Huddle Facilitation
- Weekly Reporting / Notes Facilitation
- Company Event Planning
- Offsite Training Planning

Compensation:
- Salary $58,000-$70,000 per year. Pay to be determined based on experience.
- Exceptional performance results will be rewarded.
