Human Resources Generalist

Salary: $35 - $43 per hour, DOE

As a HR Generalist, you get to:

• Lead a values-based HR Service Delivery for supervisors and employees
• Serve as a business partner - providing coaching and advice to management
• Consult with leaders on a broad range of organizational topics
• Drive people solutions – collaborate on proactive strategies to enhance culture, engagement, performance management and retention
• Advise on employee relations and policy interpretation. Oversee annual employee opinion survey, workers compensation, leaves of absence and reasonable accommodations
• Advance organizational and department strategic priorities and initiatives
• Collaborate with a mission focused, FUN and creative team

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 2-5 years’ experience as an elevated HR professional advising on employee relations, leaves of absence and implementing HR strategies
