As a HR Generalist, you get to:
- Lead a values-based HR Service Delivery for supervisors and employees
- Serve as a business partner - providing coaching and advice to management
- Consult with leaders on a broad range of organizational topics
- Drive people solutions – collaborate on proactive strategies to enhance culture, engagement, performance management and retention
- Advise on employee relations and policy interpretation. Oversee annual employee opinion survey, workers compensation, leaves of absence and reasonable accommodations
- Advance organizational and department strategic priorities and initiatives
- Collaborate with a mission focused, FUN and creative team
Experience and Skills:
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 2-5 years’ experience as an elevated HR professional advising on employee relations, leaves of absence and implementing HR strategies
