Job Summary: As the Director of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing HR strategies that align with the organization's goals. Your responsibilities will span across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, policy development, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR metrics. This key leadership position reports directly to the President with a dotted line to the Director of Finance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
HR Policy Development and Oversight:
- Create HR policies ensuring legal compliance and best practices.
- Provide coaching and training to managers and employees on HR policies.
Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes.
- Manage job postings, interviews, background screenings, and onboarding.
Employee Relations:
- Coach managers in resolving employee relations issues.
- Conduct investigations as needed.
Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management systems.
Training and Development:
- Identify, coordinate, and oversee training programs.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage compensation programs and benefit plans.
- Coordinate with the Director of Finance and insurance providers.
HR Metrics and Analytics:
- Collect and analyze HR data for decision-making.
- Provide reports to leadership on key performance indicators.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead the HR team, setting goals and evaluating performance.
- Collaborate with corporate departments and executive managers.
Compliance and Administration:
- Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, including Affirmative Action, EEOC, FLSA, and OSHA.
- Administer worker’s compensation claims and benefits.
- Lead safety, wellness, and health activities.
Other Tasks:
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Successful HR team management and multi-state experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to develop, lead, and implement HR programs.
- Outstanding communication skills in virtual and physical work environments.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Proficiency with HR technology supporting administrative functions.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the position.
- Ability to work successfully in both independent and team work environments.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The compensation for this role is $110,000 to $125,000 annually based on experience. CoinWrap offers medical, dental, vision and 401K.
