- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve HR policies and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an HR manager, PHR preferred
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices.

- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
