Job Summary: Our Director of Human Resources (HR) is responsible for overseeing HR management and department operations to adhere to organizational policies and procedures. This position also focuses on communicating between company Executives and management, managing the HR department budget, and coordinating with management to ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations.

What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization’s goals and strategies related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
- Oversee the administration of human resource programs including onboarding; compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organizations human resource compliance and strategy needs.
- Conduct research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organization’s human resource information system.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business administration, or related field required.
- At least 5 years of human resource management experience required.
- Knowledgeable in payroll system (ADP) is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Superior management skills with the ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers.
