The Director of Campus and Museum Engagement works across the organization and in collaboration with partner organizations to develop, define, and implement engagement strategies for all ages to activate the Equity Action Framework and fully realize the impacts outlined by the Future Learning Framework. In doing so, this position ensures the safe, fun, and consistent operation of areas in the museum and on campus; nurtures creative and experimental engagement approaches; defines and supports systems for developing and implementing new engagement opportunities; and provides ongoing support and direction to staff activating the strategies.

This position utilizes the Culturally Relevant Toolkit and the Future Learning Framework to lead the Museum Engagement Team through planning, delivering, and iterating approaches that span a variety of formats, including in-person program delivery, developing and facilitating rotating experiences, and digital-media based learning to achieve organizational goals and outcomes.

Position is eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes:
