Your Role:
- Working closely with the P&C team to develop and implement strategies that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Designing and implementing Learning and Development strategies for the company.
- Track and manage KPI's related to the training programs to insure desired results.
- Designing and facilitating training programs on crucial leadership skills and people management, including competency model development.
- Act as a business partner with internal departments regarding employee relations.
- Collaborating with the global P&C team to contribute to broader organizational objectives.
- Designing and executing projects aimed at enhancing the overall workplace experience.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in learning trends, learning theory changes, and learning technologies.

- 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR Manager or Generalist focusing on Learning and Development.
- Demonstrated experience in coaching for performance.
- Proven track record in in-house mentoring/coaching, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead, design, and execute projects effectively.
- Proficiency in designing and facilitating training programs on essential leadership skills and people management.
- Accreditation in Agile training and behavioral training is highly desirable.
- Able to design, produce, and deliver relevant training materials, including e-learning courses.
- Ability to effectively present information to clients, public groups, boards of directors, employees, and management.
- Bachelor's Degree is highly desired in either HR or business fields.
