• Experience with the California Department of Human Resources, State Personnel Board, and State Controller's Office laws, rules, and procedures • Experience using California State Personnel systems such as State Controller's Office (SCO), Exam and Cert Online System (ECOS), HRNet, etc
• Experience completing minimum qualifications
• Experience working with managers on personnel management and hiring
• Ability to respond positively to change and simultaneously managing several work projects with varying due dates/deadlines
• Strong analytical, organizational, time management, and detail-oriented skills
