- Bachelor’s Degree – Required
- SHRM-CP or PHR – Preferred
- 1-3 years recruiting experience – Required
- 3+ years in Human Resource position – Required
- Proficient ability to de-escalate difficult and delicate situations

- Develop, teach and maintain all processes, procedures and platforms used as part of the talent acquisition process
- Understand the overall talent acquisition needs for the organization
- In conjunction with HR team leadership, determine monthly, quarterly and annual talent acquisition strategies and goals
- Act as the subject matter expert regarding employment and labor laws related to talent acquisition
- Train other HR team members on the talent acquisition process
- Provide input and suggestions to HR department leadership to optimize and make talent acquisition processes more efficient and effective
- Understand industry trends regarding talent acquisition
- Work with hiring managers/FSPs to ensure a proper understanding of hiring needs as well as identify and manage recruiting strategy
- Develop, process and explain company policies, benefits, HR technology and procedures to employees or job applicants
- Ensure confidentiality and data integrity of all personnel & candidate data
- Provide job offer support and training to managers and ensure proper HR compliance-related processes and procedures are completed before offers are made
- Ensure a positive new-hire experience for all new hires
- Develop, teach and maintain the process to educate new hires on the onboarding process, requirements, and all things Gradient beginning with phone screens and throughout communication with them
- Train others on talent acquisition processes and procedures
- Provide input to company leadership on talent acquisition processes and systems and provide recommendations for optimization and proficiency
- Produce, interpret and present talent acquisition data for business leaders to use when making people-focused decisions
- Assist and take ownership of all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
- Maintain HR and employee systems; update as directed with current policies, forms and benefits
- Train others on HR employee systems, processes and procedures
- Provide input to company leadership on HR systems, processes and procedures and provide recommendations for optimization and proficiency
- Perform standard and reporting for HR and management and interpret data
- Take leadership on ad-hoc HR projects and development, as assigned
- Deliver training on various HR-related topics
- Process, verify, and maintain employee related documentation, including transfer, recruitment, training, performance related documents, classifications, and employee leaves of absence

- Develop, teach and maintain the process of semi-monthly time and attendance analysis and approve and assist payroll in finalizing each pay period
- Assist with benefits inquiries and requests
- Assist with benefits and perks program management
- Conduct regular meetings with respective business units
- Consult with all levels of leadership and provide guidance, where appropriate
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues
- Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations, as needed
- Work closely with company leadership and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity/retention
- Provide clarity in HR policy interpretation
- Develop employee policies and procedures
- Provide guidance on business unit structures, workforce planning and succession planning
- Identifies training needs for business units
- Participates in creation, evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success
- Assist with cross-functional understanding of how people can be best deployed and utilized throughout the organization
- Support and partner on various ad-hoc special projects for Gradient and affiliated companies
- Manage internal and external customer relationships
- Provide direct correspondence and support for customer inquiries, including calls, emails and face-to-face
- Assist team members with elevated inquires
- Create presentations, educate and train internal employees
- Work with sensitive data, as required
