The hourly or salary range is the range 7-Eleven in good faith believes is the range of compensation for this role at the time of this posting. The Company may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Nevada. This range may be modified in the future. No amount is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable under the terms and conditions of the applicable policies and plans. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, long-term incentive compensation, benefits, or any other form of compensation and benefits that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
Pay range $66,985 - $95,693
- Provide expert insight into people and organizational issues.
- Translate business strategies and priorities
into appropriate actions - Understand the dynamics of the business and drive Human Resources practices and processes that will
create an effective organization - Actively participate as a member of the assigned leader's leadership team.
- Coach Business leaders on leading and managing their organizations effectively.
- Deliver HR strategies and programs for assigned client groups (e.g. performance management, annual HR planning, succession planning, recognition and rewards)
- Initiate, develop and drive the adoption of organization and process improvements;
- Facilitate the resolution of employee-relations issues.; Leads change management initiatives
- PHR/SPHR or Master's Preferred
- Experience: 5 Yrs, Experience in like industry and/or complex matrixed organization highly desirable.
- Experience in an HR Business Partner role.
- Competent in all HR functional areas (staffing, compensation, learning & development, etc.), and
- Proven Application of Business Acumen.
- Knowledge and experience with team dynamics and applying Organizational Effectiveness principles.
- Expertise in change leadership and management.
- Effective interpersonal skills both in one-on-one situations with all levels, and in facilitating group
- Ability and comfort in handling multiple tasks, changing priorities and focuses.
- Excellent judgment applied to balancing trade-off decisions.
- Collaborative skills applied to influencing peers and other leaders and senior management in making
- 25% travel as needed.
