Human Resources Business Partner
Principal Functions:
The HR Business Partner, is responsible for enhancing the relationship between employees and Managers with the Human Resources Department in order to achieve HR initiatives and best practices. Their duties include but not limited to: Employment Law & Practices, promote a healthy work environment, analyzing HR policies, procedures, and HR analytics to determine their relevance to company goals and values. Also driving open door policy, effective communication, employee activities/community and promoting a positive work environment.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Provides direction in the development and implementation of employee relations strategies and programs designed to minimize and mediate workplace disputes, and to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensures open communication company wide
- Provides support in Succession and Career Planning
- Performs town hall and resolves complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Develop strategic HR plans and policies (recruitment, training, compensation etc.)
- Responsible to be a subject matter expert regarding organizational and people-related planning and execution.
- Teaches and Coaches managers on HR practices
- Supports initiatives for equal opportunity, diversity, and organic growth
- Ensure all procedures comply with legal regulations
- Analyze the effectiveness of HR operations and policies
- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
- Provides leadership support in Learning, benefits, and compensation
- In charge of employee activities and community relations programs
- To Fulfill duties and responsibilities of the position as stipulated in the Job Description. Conform with all the Company’s Human Resources Policies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Administration
- SHRM-CP certification or Equivalent (desirable)
- 5 - 8 years of relevant work experience, including HR experience, Business Partner or generalist experience with data, analysis, trends, reports and establishing HR strategies
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills
- Bilingual
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within established deadlines
- Logical thinker and good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Change Management mentality
- Metrics Oriented
- Able to coordinate and establish priorities
- Proficient in computer software such as: Word, Excel, Power point
