POSITION OVERVIEW
As a direct report to the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is integral to our organization's success. Collaborating closely with the C-Suite, Leadership, and staff, the HRBP ensures the seamless and effective implementation of HR processes, policies, and services. Responsibilities encompass coaching, proactively addressing needs in hiring, compensation, and training. Key corporate functions involve maintaining and enhancing the Employee Handbook, serving as a backup for payroll and Talent Acquisition Management (TAM), executing strategic HR initiatives, and optimizing performance review methodologies across the organization. This role is based on-site, with the individual playing a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day HR operations in partnership with the Director of Human Resources.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum five years human resource experience.
• Ability to work independently and part of a team.
• Interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential concerns.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge and practices of Human Resources.
• Paycom and Yardi experience is a plus.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm
