Job: HRBP
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Human Resources team at our Engineering Center in Mobile, Alabama.
This role will support our Engineering Center and will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The HRBP works directly with the HR Director and serves as a consultant to management by guiding and advising on operational and strategic HR topics. The HRBP is an ambassador of people management practices and a driver of change who uses their influence and partnership skills to enhance the company. This position will work with individuals and teams, both nationally and internationally to deliver projects on behalf of Airbus teams.

Your working environment:
The Engineering Center in Mobile, Alabama houses hundreds of Airbus engineers who assist in the design and development of Airbus commercial aircraft cabins, including aftermarket upgrades, reconfigurations and services of all product types across the globe.

Primary Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic Business Partner: 40%
Delivering high quality customer-focused service: 30%
Implementing Region Wide HR projects, programs and processes: 25%
Other duties as assigned: 5%
Your challenges:
- Anticipate and influence HR related needs by maintaining a comprehensive understanding of business objectives, strategies, challenges
- Anticipate potential resistances to change, taking the work culture and social and business environment into consideration
- Act as an arbitrator of management and employee concerns ensuring fair process and treatment for all involved
- Lead meaningful career coaching, including following through with professional development goals
- Leverage technological savviness to support the business, implement new processes, drive employee engagement and prepare for the future
- Lead innovation and creative problem solving to champion change management initiatives
- Apply and model a "completed staff work" working style in order to bring solutions and grow the organization
Your boarding pass:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or combination of education and appropriate work experience
- 7+ year's progressive HR experience
- Experience in a complex, matrix organization preferred
- Experience in Aerospace preferred
- PHR, SPHR or SHRM certifications strongly desired
- Experience with Workday, ADP or similar tools
- Experience with G-suite and other SaaS/cloud based productivity tools
- Ability to travel Domestic and International 20%
