Job Description
The HR Business Partner is responsible for supporting the achievement of Repario Data’s organizational objectives via the provision of targeted, high-quality HR services. This well-rounded HR leader will provide tactical and strategic advice and support to Repario’s leadership team, ensuring Repario Data HR Programs and best-practice personnel strategies are consistently adopted.
The ideal candidate will leverage knowledge and experience from various HR disciplines, along with exemplary consultative and collaboration skills, to establish trusted-advisor relationships and guide leaders and staff through all phases of the employee life cycle.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide HR guidance and support to management and staff, with a focus on tailoring solutions to meet individual business needs
- Counsel managers and staff on development opportunities and career mobility, organizational development, training, compensation, and other ad hoc support
- Support the performance management cycle, including development of program collateral and executive reporting
- Support the Talent Acquisition process by helping managers to articulate position needs, design appropriate and compelling role descriptions, secure requisition approvals, and market open roles
- Manage employee relations, including investigations
- Support the M&A process, including pre-acquisition due-diligence and post-acquisition integration efforts
- Support the business through organizational redesign and restructuring projects
- Support Employee Survey analysis and associated action planning
- Ensure a robust onboarding and offboarding process
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of HR issues in assigned business units
- BA/BS in relevant field; advanced HR degree a plus
- Minimum 4-6 years progressively senior, well-rounded HR experience, ideally in a legal services company or law firm environment. A combination of experiences across HR disciplines is helpful for this role.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices for performance and compensation management
- Experience managing the full employee life cycle hands-on, from talent acquisition to termination
- Strong understanding of global employment structures and employee benefit and entitlement frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Great attention to detail
- Trustworthy and discreet with regard to sensitive information and data
- Excellent organizational skills
