Responsibilities:
- Support leaders in implementing Business/HR strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Scale HR processes strategically to support the company's projected growth.
- Implement and administer HR programs and procedures, including performance reviews and employee engagement surveys.
- Drive and support organizational change initiatives, providing guidance on change communication and employee engagement efforts.
- Monitor and report on relevant HR metrics for data-informed decision-making.
- Provide guidance to managers on handling sensitive employee issues and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Assist in developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures to promote company culture and ensure legal compliance.
- Advise and influence managers with day-to-day HR-related issues.
- Administer employee benefits programs and facilitate open enrollment processes.
- Champion, develop, and align HR strategy for added value services and Return on Investment.
- Participate in compliance-related activities, including HR audits and investigations.
- Help build an inclusive culture of excellence and contribute to employee growth and development.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires and conduct orientation sessions.
- Oversee training and development initiatives, identifying skills gaps and implementing appropriate programs.
- Implement and administer employee policies and procedures, identifying ways to improve.
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field experience is preferred
- 5+ years of professional experience in Human Resources
- Thorough knowledge of relevant employment and labor laws, regulations and HR best-practices
- Ability to handle both tactical and strategic assignments
