About the position
We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to support our rapidly expanding organization. The primary responsibility of the HR Business Partner is to partner with management to support business initiatives related to people and culture as well as ensure our team members are engaged and productive.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Is a strategic thinker, capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Has a background in recruitment, selection, and onboarding as this will be an initial priority.
  • Has an understanding of the balance required between the needs of the organization, management team, and team members.
  • Has great ideas and wants to share them.
  • Is ready to take the next step in their HR career with a growing organization.
What We Need
An HR professional who is able to effectively influence across multiple facets of HR to include recruitment, engagement and retention, coaching and counseling, team member relations, policy and procedure administration and HR compliance.
Education/Experience
  • 5 years working in an HR department
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience as an HR Business Partner preferred
  • Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations

  • Excellent organizational skills - must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and set priorities as required
  • Ability to meet deadlines and quality expectations
