Frandsen Financial Corporation is looking for a HR Business Partner to join our Team in Arden Hills, MN. Key responsibilities include the management and effective handling of employee relations, organizational development, delivery of training and development of leadership programs, partnership with Frandsen Financial Leaders, employee onboarding and transition and compensation. Development and administration of Human Resources policies and procedures. Build and develop effective working relationships at all levels of the organization. Maintains a high level of confidentiality related to company and employee matters.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Work directly with managers and employees on coaching, retention interviews, and exit interviewing.
- Oversees compensation program; monitors performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.
- Develops and maintains affirmative action program; maintains other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations.
- Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database (UKG PRO).
- Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience
- A bachelor's degree and five (5) to seven (7) years of Human Resources or equivalent related experience
- A master's degree in Human Resources Management preferred
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or Certified Professional (SHRM - CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification preferred
Salary range for this role is $80,000 to $114,000, depending on experience.
