SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager who is highly focused on Benefits. This is a HYBRID role that can be either located in or near Charlotte, NC, or Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing and managing this manufacturing leader’s employee benefits programs, and actively engaging in day-to-day administration and operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and manage the company's employee benefits programs, while also being involved in the day-to-day administration and operations.
- Hands-on involvement in day-to-day benefit administration along with leading team members.
- Plan and manage any benefits team projects to ensure successful rollout and implementation.
- Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing various benefit plans, wellness programs, and 401(k) plans.
- Conduct periodic reviews and audits of benefit plans to maximize value and cost savings.
- Identify benefit trends to keep plans competitive and up to date.
- Problem-solve, and respond to issues related to benefit programs raised by employees, HR, and third-party vendors.
- Analyze, review, action, and reconcile system-generated reports.
- Understand, interpret, and effectively communicate benefit plan provisions, policies, programs, processes, and practice as the escalation point.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 10 years of experience in a Benefits role is required.
- 1+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience required.
- Ability to use business judgment when assessing requirements and performance; and identifying the right solution to meet business needs.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data.
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products, including Excel.
- Attention to detail and the ability to successfully manage multiple competing tasks and priorities.
