Specific Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Site Leader, the HR Administrative Specialist will spend 40% of his/her time focused on entry level HR tasks. And 60% dedicated to administrative tasks of this 80 person location (copying, filing, preparing order packets, shift line reporting, backing up shipping, etc).
Provide support as needed for all facets of talent acquisition (i.e., recruiting, applicant process, hiring, onboarding etc.)
Ensure all newly hired associates are engaged and onboarded in a way that is meaningful and impactful.
Manage efficient and accurate record keeping.
Work with the HR Team to develop and manage an Employee Engagement Program
