UKG is looking to hire a strong communicator and critical thinker to join the Engineering, Product, Innovation, Cloud (EPIC) Program Enablement & Adoption team. The team is focused on empowering EPIC U Krewers with the guidance and knowledge they need to successfully navigate changes and adopt internal programs, processes, and systems. The EPIC Program Enablement & Adoption team is also responsible for companywide communication and enablement for enterprise technology programs and initiatives.
About the Role:
As Communications & Enablement Strategist, you will support the crafting and implementation of communications, adoption, and change management programs that engage, educate, and enable more than 16,000 employees worldwide.
Duties & Responsibilities:
•Help develop and execute communication strategies to disseminate information about internal initiatives, process changes, technology implementations, and best practices.
•Support enablement and adoption programs that help employees put new processes, technologies, and behaviors into practice as well as help them optimize use of existing corporate standard systems and tools.
•Monitor feedback channels (Microsoft Teams, UKG Today, Microsoft Forms, etc.) to gather employee insights and address any concerns related to changes.
•Collaborate with subject matter experts, project managers, and other cross-functional team members to understand why a change is happening (desired outcome) and the impact on U Krewers—to help create messaging and instruction that’s relevant, concise, and accurate.
•Create multimedia content (e.g., written communications, infographics, web pages, videos, and more) for various internal communication channels (email, intranet, digital signage, etc.).
•Collaborate with the rest of the team to keep employee-facing communications assets and resources up to date (intranet pages / content, links, knowledge articles, etc.).
•Triage and track ad hoc inbound requests for the team’s assistance.
