Compile and maintain personnel files. They record data on each employee. They may prepare reports for employment records, file employment records or search employee files and provide information to authorized persons.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Provide support to the HR department by maintaining employee records and updating systems.
- Assist with employee onboarding and orientation processes.
- Archiving documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with potential candidates.
- Assist in evaluating employee performance and providing feedback.
- Support strategic planning initiatives by collecting and analyzing data.
- Assist in the implementation of performance management programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent data entry skills and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of employee orientation processes and best practices.
- Experience with employee evaluation and performance management is preferred.
