Job Summary:
This position is for a senior HR Support assistant who is under direct supervision. Responds to basic to fairly complex email and phone inquiries regarding HR policies. Assists in generating reports on personnel-related data to provide to management for further research. Uses standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks. Maintain employee records. Aid with the daily administrative operations of the customer’s Human Resources department and interact with employees, management, and suppliers as necessary.
Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.
Key Responsibilities:
Works under direct supervision to provide assistance in one or more disciplines within HR (e.g. interview arrangements, training coordination, employee onboarding, employee relations support, benefits administration and departmental administrative work, etc.).
Responds to basic to fairly complex email and phone inquiries regarding HR policies, personnel procedures, benefits programs, etc.
Gathers, verifies and processes personnel related documentation.
Maintains personnel records in relevant HR systems.
Assists in generating reports on personnel-related data to provide to management for further research.
Uses standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and goals.
Performs more involved tasks. Refers more complex issues to higher level
English (read, write, speak) is required when communicating with customers, co-workers, or supervisors who only speak English
Basic Qualifications:
HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) and 2 years of Customer Service or Human Resource experience.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Preferred Qualifications:
1 year experience with SAP or MS Office

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). The selected candidate must reside in Puerto Rico.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
The salary range for this role is 34,000 USD - 70,000 USD; however, RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
