Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an HR Assistant to join our team. This is a tremendous opportunity for an individual with solid administrative skills, technologically adept, and wanting to spread their wings and grow professionally. This is a remote position.

Primary duties and responsibilities
- Supporting our team and client schools with a broad range of administrative support
- Setting up and maintaining digital files
- Assisting with recruiting, including posting positions and conducting telephone screenings
- Responding to emails
- Other administrative responsibilities as needed to support our team
Education, Experience, Skills, Specialized Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience working in an administrative support role.
- Experience working remotely.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom, Slack, Calendly.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A work ethic and personal style that embraces inclusivity and respect for everyone.
