Human Resources Assistant

HRAcademia Inc., located in Southern California, provides Human Resources management services to independent schools. We partner with our client schools to provide project services and retained services in which we essentially are a school's outsourced HR department.

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an HR Assistant to join our team. This is a tremendous opportunity for an individual with solid administrative skills, technologically adept, and wanting to spread their wings and grow professionally. This is a remote position.

Primary duties and responsibilities

• Supporting our team and client schools with a broad range of administrative support
• Setting up and maintaining digital files
• Assisting with recruiting, including posting positions and conducting telephone screenings
• Responding to emails
• Other administrative responsibilities as needed to support our team

Education, Experience, Skills, Specialized Knowledge:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working in an administrative support role.
• Experience working remotely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom, Slack, Calendly.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A work ethic and personal style that embraces inclusivity and respect for everyone.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
