Human Resources Administrator

The Human Resources Administrator will perform administrative tasks for the HR department as well as facilitate employee programs and communications related to HR.

Work type: Temp to hire

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada (ONSITE)

Pay rate: $25 - $32 per hour DOE

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support HR leadership team with various administrative tasks
• Prepare and store all documentation related to new hires, status changes, resignations, terminations, etc.
• Provide managers with applicable tools and resources based on requests related to employees
• Manage internal communications via email re: policies, day-to-day inquiries, etc.
• Track tasks and projects using their ERP system
• Compile data for leadership from reporting related to payroll, engagement, turnover, and other HR related analytics
• Any other projects or tasks as directed by the Regional HR Manager

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong decision-making and organizational skills
• Exceptional Interpersonal skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products
• HR related education is considered an asset
• 1 - 4 years experience within an applicable administrative role
