Purpose: Assist in all administrative activities relative to HR and Plant Operations, while upholding Arroweye Core Values.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Track Attendance
- Assist with scheduling meetings, assist with plant events
- Assists in a variety of administrative tasks including taking minutes from departmental and/or operational meetings.
- Assist with set up for new hire orientation
- Tracking to ensure probationary evaluations are completed timely.
- Assisting other team members with administrative tasks.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Competency in all Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidential information
