Issues uniforms and maintains inventory at an assigned location.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages the uniform inventory and accounts for damaged and loss items.
- Prepare and support Human Resource Department for upcoming events at Allegiant Stadium.
- Interact in a professional manner with both stadium guests and Levy employees.
- Create a welcoming, warm, and supportive environment on every shift by greeting Levy employees during their check-in and check-out of their shift.
- Maintains accurate uniform information and tracking numbers.
- Uses resources to maintain appropriate inventory levels and sizing options while minimizing inventory expense.
- Keeps uniform and file storage space in clean and orderly condition.
- Process game day ticketing information - using computer, making sure Silver & Black Hospitality meets stadium needs for all partners.
- Maintain confidential personnel files.
- Assist management staff in preparing confidential employment and labor relations documents, including but not limited to proposed disciplinary notices.
- Execute Human Resource services within HR
- Working hours are event base and will cover days, weekends, and holidays.
- Willing to learn new tasks on the job.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
