The popular anime is opening the first One Piece Cafe in America. Here, we are dedicated to providing a unique and immersive experience by combining together exceptional food, specialty beverages, and anime for fans and hungry guests to enjoy.
We are looking for Kitchen Support members who will carry our values forward by supporting the store and fellow crew, and in turn, foster a remarkable experience for our guests. You’ll uphold SNHD standards, collaborate with other kitchen staff members, and be an integral part of creating memorable moments for our guests with a passionate crew of friends.
Key Responsibilities
- Washing and sanitizing dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils according to health standards
- Following safety procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a hygienic working environment
- Organizing cleaned dishes and utensils appropriately
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the dishwashing area and kitchen
- Assisting kitchen staff with various tasks as needed such as stocking supplies and cleaning kitchen surfaces
- Removing waste to the dumpster regularly
- Assisting in preparing and portioning ingredients to recipes and menu specifications
- Assembling ingredients for various dishes following established guidelines for presentation and portioning
- Using kitchen tools to chop, slice, and dice ingredients to the required size and shape for cooking
- Maintaining inventory levels of prepped ingredients and replenishing as needed
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of previous restaurant experience in high quality establishments
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
- Food Handler Safety Training Card, granted by SNHD
- Proper sanitation knowledge
