We are currently seeking a talented and professional Human Resource (HR) specialist to join our team and manage
all Human Resource procedures. The successful candidate will be passionate about recruiting, supporting, and
evolving employees through our company’s guidelines and managing processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creating, implementing and evaluating all Human Resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
- Managing the onboarding/off boarding processes.
- Maintaining HRIS information.
- Responding to employees’ queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Help employees understand company policies, benefits and compensation packages.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes (ADP experience preferred).
- Good understanding of the full recruitment process.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

- Willing to accept responsibility, work independently, and follow directions.
- Ability to lift or move equipment/materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to work for extended periods at computer workstation.
