- Full cycle recruitment and onboarding.
- Work with HR team in maintaining Joint Commission Accreditation, OSV And other surveys.
- Support HR projects, such as: handbook updates, and policy revisions, LMS, updating job descriptions, preceptor program related activities, general benefit administration, wellness activities, Onboarding and system implementations.
- Promptly respond to employee concerns and complaints, providing timely appropriate resolution, and commencing investigations as needed. Provide regular updates on investigations, both orally and in writing.
- Provide guidance and support to employees at all levels concerning workplace policies and procedures.
- Keep abreast of and maintain working knowledge of legal requirements authored by government regulatory agencies, including the Department of Labor-employment laws, Worker's compensation, FMLA, HIPPA, ADA, COBRA, other regulatory laws, leave processing and tracking.
- Supervisory oversight for the tracking and updating of Credentialing & Privileging of all providers and required credentialing of other staff.
- Maintains responsibility for handling letters representation, subpoenas and claim notifications.
- Help with state and local program survey compliance.
- Assists management in the annual review, preparation and administration of the organization's wage and salary program.
- Coordinates or conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
- Oversee the management and execution of the performance management system.
- Maintain effective programs for workforce retention, promotion and succession planning.
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrates well developed verbal and written communications and effective interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Health and Human Services or a related field, or a combination of equivalent experience and education.
- Minimum of 3 years’ HR management experience.
- Prior people management experience.
- Non-profit, healthcare, and/or FQHC experience strongly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, confident public speaker, with the ability to represent the organization at events or with the media.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects in an enterprising atmosphere that requires passion, vision, resourcefulness, flexibility.
- HRIS systems, Paylocity preferred.
- LMS systems.
- MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and Outlook.
