As a Human Resource Coordinator, you will utilize your abilities to develop strong, professional relationships with a variety of people and build an array of competencies you will need to experience continued success! Additionally, you will ensure Menards continues to be a place where people are excited to work and be a part of a top-notch team. You will work directly with the store’s General Manager and Operations Human Resources & Team Member Development Department to ensure our store atmosphere is positive and fosters the success of our Team Members.
- Coordinate and participate in new Team Member recruitment, interview/selection process, onboarding and orientation process, and retention efforts.
- Facilitate Team Member training and development utilizing corporate training programs and tools.
- Ensure all Team Member concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
- Ensure Team Member work related programs and policies, including the drug free workplace program, are followed.
- Assist the General Management team in filling open management positions.
- Maintain the store succession plan and assist the General Management team in identifying high-potential candidates and career development planning.
- Maintain payroll, scheduling, and attendance records for the store.
