Human Resource Associate Job Description
ABC Behavior Therapy LLC is looking for an organized and experienced leader to join our organization. The Human Resources Associate will provide support to staff for all Human Resource related functions and work closely with the Human Resource Director to ensure the various aspects of on-boarding and on-going staff needs are adequately addressed.
Areas of responsibility include the following: partnering with Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards Centers of Ex, onboarding, employee relations, data & metrics reporting, coordination of training initiatives, performance management, employment law compliance, and helping to build an engaged culture of diversity and inclusion.

Position Type: Human Resource Associate
Availability: Monday through Friday 8a-4p- After Hours as needed to fulfill duties
Skills and Abilities to:

• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), Zoom, and instructional software
• Strict adherence to company philosophy/mission statement/growth goals
• Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects
• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
• Organized and able to create multiple timelines and schedules

Job Duties:

• 
  
  • Partner with the HR Director on initiatives to include Engagement and Retention, Policy Alignment, and Talent Attraction & Acquisition.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations when needed.
• Organize and conduct performance evaluations in conjunction with Leads
• Consult with managers and supervisors in providing HR guidance and policy interpretation.
• Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Correspond with employees concerning questions on basic benefits questions/concerns and coordinating with outside benefits providers as appropriate for open enrollment and other benefits issues.
• Plan orientation for new employees and ensure that all on-boarding activities are complete
• Plan, organize and facilitate employee events
• Serve as a key liaison with third parties/vendors and other stakeholders, as needed – Community Relations
• Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.

Additional Job Duties

• Add templates into the Google Drive as needed
• Electronically file employee related documents and maintain a hard copy of each document
• Ensure that employee folders have all necessary documents included
• Marketing and social media
• Update and manage social media platforms and website
• Outreach and Community Relations
• Compliance Monitoring
• Ensure that trainings are outline and conducted per standard
• Take Monthly Meeting notes on a rotating schedule and upload to Admin Drive
• Organize meeting agendas
• Collaborate with team leads and HR Director for covered topics

• Meet weekly with HR Director
