Our practice seeks a fellowship trained, medical/surgical Retina Specialist to join our group of 6 Retina Specialists. Please apply if you seek to be a busy clinician/surgeon immediately (seeing 35+ patients per day, doing 3-6 surgeries per week), have a compassionate spirit to match your clinical acumen, and desire a partnership tract position.
Our Practice Offers:
Salary: $450,000 and upward (depending on experience)
Productivity Bonus: The highest/best bonus structure in the country. $600-$800k earning potential as an associate.
Become a partner (with equal voting rights) after 2 years as an associate.
Guaranteed non-PE, intentionally stated in your contract.
