Human Resource Assistant

A Company in Fraziers Bottom is seeking a full-time HR Specialist to perform a variety of Administration and HR tasks. 
Monday- Friday 
7:45am-4:30pm
$18.00 per hour
Responsibilities: 

 

• Manage basic administrative office tasks as administrative assistant- ADM Specialist; for example answering phones, emails copies, faxes, check/ order office supplies, ect. 
• Some secretary work for plant manager or any other managers
• Company administration tasks including hiring and firing. 
• Maintain, organize and file ADM related documents/ data.
• Resolve administrative problems by coordination preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Must have excellent reading and writing skills in english
• Must have excellent communication skills, 
• excellent PC skills and proficient in Microsoft office Applications 
• Demonstrate problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent organizational skills

Minimum of 4-year college degree or at least 3 years of administration and/ or HR experience with High School Diploma or GED. Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.
