HubSpot Administrator (Centennial, CO)
Compensation: $65k-$95k

Position Summary:
The HubSpot Administrator manages our customer relationship management (CRM) system and ensures data integrity across the organization. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate customer and prospected data, generating reports, supporting end-users with CRM-related tasks, and managing web content.
Job Qualifications:
  • High school graduate or GED required, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Certification(s) in relevant CRM platform(s), data management disciplines, or web technologies preferred.
  • Minimum1-3 years of experience administering and managing CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Strong understanding of data management principles, data modeling, and database structures.
  • Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Highly proficient computer skills with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with web content management systems (CMS), HTML, CSS, and web analytics tools and design skills are a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data quality and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with software development life cycles and project management methodologies.
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for automation and data manipulation preferred.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and customer service platforms preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based CRM solutions and integration technologies preferred.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Leverage HubSpot's full capabilities through feature enhancements and integrations.
  • Create advanced reports and dashboards.
  • Train others on the HubSpot platform.
  • Customize HubSpot features, including views, properties, workflows, and more.
  • Conduct CRM database maintenance.
  • Keep updated with HubSpot's new features and third-party APIs.
  • Handle incidents, outages, and problem reports to describe issues encountered, root cause analysis, and actions taken for restoring normal service operation.
  • Complete regular internal system audits to ensure data quality and opportunities for improvement.
  • Administer and maintain the company's CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring optimal performance, security, and data accuracy.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures for data entry, maintenance, and quality control.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on CRM functionalities, best practices, and data management.
  • Generate and distribute regular reports and dashboards on sales, marketing, and customer service activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze and interpret CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, forecasting and areas for improvement.
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions within the CRM system.
  • Ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles related to CRM processes and procedures.
  • Oversee the company's e-commerce website and intranet, including product management, updates, and maintenance.
  • Implement migration of CRM and ERP system (NetSuite).
  • Produce data-driven forecasting reports to support production planning and inventory management for manufacturing operations.
