Health care staffing firm is seeking an experienced HR/Office Manager. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Manage the operations of the office (HR, Staffing & Recruitment, Employee Relations, client management, etc.)
- Work closely with the Executive team and Administrative staff.
- Daily management of inter-office staff, contract staff and filtering their overall tasks and responsibilities are delivered.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate leadership, initiative and the ability to effectively manage human resource functions. The ideal candidate will also have great prioritizing skills. and be able to handle multiples priorities at once. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are required. A high level of professionalism and a personal standard of attitude and appearance are a must. A person of great character with a strong work ethic is requested.
