What You'll Do

Your role will be responsible for becoming the subject matter expert with our HRIS and time & labor technology and leading the initiatives in converting data from other HRIS systems to ours. Individuals in this position will be conducting in-depth analysis of data and functionality and translating that to work with our core technology. A successful HRIS Solutions Architect will demonstrate complex analytical thinking, investigative mind-set, and data manipulation skills.

Responsibility

  • Product owner. Looks to own how HRIS systems work with the ability to quickly understand how other HRIS systems work and match that with our HRIS technology. You will be the subject matter expert in HRIS and time and labor solutions.
  • Project Management. You must be able to manage large and complex projects that will require a great deal of research, troubleshooting, and data analysis. Prioritization will be key to effectively meet deadlines.
  • Analysis. Be able to manipulate large amounts of data using various tools and build in checks and balances for data accuracy.
  • Collaboration. Must be able to collaborate with key stakeholders at client, internal, and executive levels. Effective communication on deadlines, issues, and needs are crucial.

  • Project oriented. A love for project management and juggling multiple projects at one time.

Experience

  • 5+ years of prior HRIS management experience.
  • Associate's or Bachelors' Degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Computer Systems, or related field.
  • Kronos Workforce Ready experience
  • Project management experience.
  • Adept with data analysis using various tools such as Excel, SQL, Snowflake, and other data sources.
  • Knowledge and/or prior experience in the PEO industry.
  • CPP certification a plus

What Your Compensation Looks Like

Salary: $75,000-$85,000
