Job Description Summary
Reporting to the Director of Cloud HR Systems, the HRIS ATS/Onboarding Sr Manager will be part of the HR Systems team which is responsible for supporting and executing HR system strategy and various business objectives. This position is a supervisory role with responsibilities to include partnering with Talent Acquisition teams to gather and analyze business requirements, develop solutions, and manage the lifecycle of the Infinite Talent Acquisition BrassRing & Onboarding system.
Specifically, this position will serve as the primary SME responsible for the system administration of the company's Talent Acquisition system, which at present is the Infinite Talent Acquisition Suite. The successful candidate must operate in close collaboration with process owners in HR, and with colleagues in HRIS and IT to plan and meet business and technology objectives. Additionally, this position must coordinate across multiple geographies, working toward maximally standardized functionality.
A project is underway to migrate these processes to SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding, and this position will support the design, implementation, and administration of the new SuccessFactors functionality. This position will also support and implement new programs and processes for the enterprise using other SAP SuccessFactors modules and will support other special projects as assigned.
Basic Job Requirements
• Interface with business process owners in Talent Acquisition to ensure and maximize system support of business needs
• Oversee and perform enhancement and support of Infinite Talent Acquisition Suite system functionality, reports, and integrations
• Manage interactions with the HR technology vendor, to resolve system issues, understand system capabilities, and deploy new or changing functionality
• Communicate regularly with peers, Talent Acquisition Team members, HR Business Partners, HR Operations, IT, and other senior and executive management, and externally as appropriate (e.g., external vendors, etc.)
• Supervise work activities of subordinates
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, MIS, HR, or related field
• Advanced system knowledge of the Infinite Talent Acquisition BrassRing & Onboarding system
• Minimum 6+ years of experience supporting HRIS systems, preferably Kenexa Brassring and Onboard, or SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding, with a minimum of 4 years of supervising a team
• Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Advanced knowledge of Business Intelligence tools
• Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
