Job Description: HRIS Analyst
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced HRIS Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in the successful implementation, configuration, and integration of various Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). As an HRIS Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure the seamless integration of HRIS solutions, aligning with business needs and optimizing HR processes.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for HRIS implementations.
- Lead the planning and execution of HRIS implementation projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and milestones.
- Configure HRIS modules and functionalities to align with clients' HR processes, including payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, and more.
- Provide training and support to internal teams and clients during the implementation phase.
- Address technical challenges and provide solutions to ensure a successful and smooth implementation experience.
- Configuration:
- Work closely with clients to understand their unique HR processes and configure the HRIS system to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Customize system settings, forms, templates, workflows, and user interfaces to meet clients' specific HR needs.
- Provide guidance on best practices for configuring HRIS systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Integrations:
- Evaluate existing systems and identify integration requirements with the HRIS system.
- Design and implement integrations between HRIS and other HR, accounting, or relevant software systems, utilizing APIs and middleware.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot integration issues, conduct testing, and ensure data accuracy during integrations.
- Manage the deployment and ongoing maintenance of integrations to ensure seamless data flow.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Monitor data integrity within the HRIS system, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Generate custom reports and dashboards using the HRIS system's reporting tools to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure data security and compliance by adhering to data protection and privacy regulations.
- User Support and Training:
- Provide user support for HRIS-related inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering solutions.
- Train end-users and internal teams on utilizing the HRIS system effectively, including navigating the interface and utilizing features.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HRIS technology to propose improvements and enhancements to HRIS systems.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to provide feedback for the enhancement of HRIS capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HRIS implementation, configuration, and integrations.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes and industry best practices.
- Strong technical proficiency, including familiarity with HRIS systems, databases, APIs, and middleware.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Effective communication skills for engaging with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Certifications in HRIS or related areas are a plus.
