Position Overview:

Our prestigious healthcare client, renowned nationwide, is actively seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to bolster their HR Information Systems prowess. This coveted remote role, although open to all, favors local candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

As the linchpin for Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), the chosen Senior HRIS Analyst will liaise closely with LifeBridge Health to tackle HRIS-related challenges head-on. This role spans from routine reporting to handling complex projects, ensuring data integrity and driving system enhancements.

Technical Expertise:

The incumbent should boast comprehensive technical proficiency in Human Resource Information Systems. Collaborating seamlessly with HR teams, they'll leverage technology for strategic planning and analysis, optimizing HR processes.

Efficiency Management:

Operating at the forefront of efficiency, the Senior HRIS Analyst champions proactive HRIS utilization to address organizational needs efficiently. They spearhead upgrades, meticulously document changes, and educate HR personnel on system updates.

Reporting and Analysis:

Crafting tailored reports for HR management and leadership, the Senior HRIS Analyst offers insightful data summaries and metrics for informed decision-making. They also establish robust reporting mechanisms to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications and Credentials:

Candidates should possess a solid educational background, with a Bachelor's Degree in HR, Finance, Business Admin, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. Alternatively, extensive experience can substitute for formal education. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Access, Lawson or HRMS, SQL or Crystal Reports is essential, along with 5-7 years of relevant experience.

Additional Information:

This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits, although relocation assistance is not provided. Applicants must have 7+ to 10 years of experience, operating at a mid-senior level. Management experience is not mandatory, and the role does not entail travel. Experience with Lawson / Infor GHR is highly desired.
