Summary:
Powin is looking for an HRIS Systems Analyst to join our team to configure, improve and administrate Powin’s HR systems, processes and architecture. This position will be responsible for configuring changes in the HRIS and all other HR systems that align with business requirements as well as leading integrations, audits, and analytics. This role will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and reliability of Powin’s HRIS and related integrated systems and reporting as we expand globally and ensure the HR department has the data needed to make sound business decisions.
Job Details:
- Support HR system implementation and integrations including new software or systems, mass data updates, new file feeds, and API development
- Leverage an understanding of HR Systems architecture and technology roadmap and maximize the capabilities of each system to support business needs
- Generate and maintain reports and metrics for HR team. Generate routine and ad hoc reporting and metrics and own analytics
- Work collaboratively with internal Systems Administrators in IT and other areas to ensure systems of record and integrations are accurate
- Develop reporting that support dashboards and HR Analytics
- Implement and perform data audits to ensure integrity and accuracy
- Identify and recommend opportunities for operational excellence to maximize process and systems efficiencies
- Provide end-user support for systems. Provide training, guidance, and other support to end-users
- Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement best practices, develop new process, and implement solutions based on business requirements
- Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in HR systems providers, vendors, and technology
- Develop and automates reports for business needs
- Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business analytics, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of HRIS Administrative and reporting experience required; UKG experience required and Workday a plus
- Prior experience developing and generating reports and analytics
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated record of process improvements and enhancements within an HRIS system
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Formulas, Pivot Tables, charts)
- Proficient with all other Microsoft Office Suites or related software
- Ability to manage confidential information with high level of integrity
- Strong prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to provide timely follow-up and resolution
