- Responsible for day to day employee inquiries regarding contracts, employee data and system updates, and HRIS processes
- Responsible for EPAF and PF10 contracts Reviews and Approval
- Manages error reports and Apex updates
- Responsible for other miscellaneous task which may include but are not limited to HRIS data audit and reports
- Supports HRIS Teams on best practices and providing resources to enhance customer service.
- Resolves employee questions and concerns that may include contracts and system updates.
- Reviews HR Reports to make recommendations to the Asst. Dir HRIS & Records Mgmt. and HR Team
- Consistently interact with different departments to educate on HRIS processes
- Conducts an annual contractual workshop to educate the University Community on Contract process
- Collaborates on process improvement for areas of responsibility, as well as policy and procedure documentation for HRIS
- Performs all duties in accordance with the HR competencies
- Resolves employee questions and concerns that may include contracts and system updates
- Provides best practices and process improvement recommendations to HRIS team
- Proactively interacts with different departments to educate on new processes
- Develops and facilitates an annual contractual workshop to educate the University Community
Education:
The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Human Resource Management, Information Systems or a related field.
Experience:
A minimum of five (5) years of Human Resources work and/or support, with an emphasis on successful and innovative data management practices is required.

- Combination of education and experience is acceptable
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Highly proficient in HRIS Database, Banner, DocuSign, and Workday
- Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Highly proficient in Google (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Meet, Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of any and all information encountered
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to both internal and external customers
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Demonstrated ability to develop and initiate process improvements
- Extensive experience working with spreadsheet, word processing and database software, with knowledge of People Admin and Workday preferred
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, time and project management abilities
- Ability to be self-directed and embracing of decision-making responsibilities
