HRIS Analyst
The Lexicon HRIS Analyst, will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data. With your expertise and strong analytical skills, you will drive process improvement initiatives and provide valuable insights to support our HR operations.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR stakeholders to manage and maintain the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
- Develop and implement HR-related system enhancements and process improvements.
- Support HRIS users by providing system training, troubleshooting issues, and addressing system-related inquiries.
- Conduct regular audits and data analysis to identify errors, anomalies, and gaps in employee data.
- Generate and distribute HRIS reports to support HR decision-making and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HRIS with other business systems.
- Stay up to date with HRIS industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Required Education: bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum Years of Experience: Proven experience as an HRIS Analyst or similar role.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in HR systems (Paycom Experience, a plus).
- Proficiency in HR Document Management Systems.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and customer-centric approach to providing HRIS support.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- Prior experience in a legal services environment is highly preferred.
