HR Service Delivery Specialist
Department: Human Resources Reports to: HR Service Delivery Manager
FLSA Status: Non[1]Exempt
Location: Onsite for 6 month introductory period, then a potential for a hybrid schedule.
Position: HR Service Delivery Specialist
SUMMARY: The HR Service Delivery Specialist plays a critical role in managing and optimizing HR services and processes to ensure effective support for employees and the organization. The HRSDS serves as the first point of contract for Human Resources information. The HRSDS is responsible for processing certain employee transitions with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Employee Support:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits,
payroll, and other HR-related matters.
o Ability to multi-task and work quickly to bring cases to a resolution in a fast-paced environment.
o Adapt to new technology and learn new skills quickly. Must have a strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
o Respond Promptly and effectively via phone, email and chat with accurate and relevant information.
o Other duties as assigned
- HR Process Management:
o Manage HR processes and workflows related to onboarding, offboarding, and general HR
processes.
o Must be able to meet and exceed the established performance metrics for ticket resolution.
o Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
o Cross collaborations with other HR team members and system manager to provide timely
solutions to employees.
o Other duties as assigned.
- Service Delivery Improvement:
o Identify opportunities to streamline HR Service Delivery processes, enhance efficiency, and
improve the employee experience through process optimization and automation.
- Data Management:
o Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and databases.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.
o Utilize the Service Management System to log and document inquiries, capturing the details of the
interactions of the incoming cases.
o Other duties as assigned
- Compliance and Policy Adherence:
o Stay updated on HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
o Ensure that HR practices align with local labor laws and company policies.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A combination of education and experience of 1 year will be accepted.
- Proven experience in HR operations, HR Service Delivery, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR-related software/tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Travel Required: Minimal between CHS

Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally in carrying, lifting, pushing, pulling objects. Sitting most of the time, with walking and standing required only occasionally
