- Maintains Service Level Agreements (SLAs) when responding to employee inquiries via phone, email, and service delivery portal.
- Works cross functionally with HR team members to provide high level focused quality customer service and resolution to non-routine inquiries.
- Administers HR-related processes through the HCM system, including but not limited to approval of terminations, name changes, and transactions that need to be corrected, canceled, or rescinded.
- Maintains understanding of employee data and its link to downstream processes/functions; analyzes HR system data for accuracy; partners with cross functional teams for updates when required.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Five or more years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or other applicable customer service role(s).
WHAT WILL SET YOU APART
- Prior experience working in an HR Service Center preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver accurate and efficient results.
