Responsibilities:
- Utilize innovative and proactive methods to identify and attract high-quality candidates, including networking, social media, job boards, and referrals.
- Conduct targeted searches to build a pipeline of passive candidates with the skills and experience required for specific roles.
- Employ creative strategies to reach niche talent pools and diverse candidate groups.
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidate resumes and applications to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Proactively reach out to potential candidates to discuss career opportunities and gauge interest in relevant positions.
- Build and nurture relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for their career advancement.
- Provide candidates with a positive and engaging experience, offering support, guidance, and feedback at every stage of the hiring journey.
- Act as a brand ambassador for our consultancy, promoting our values and commitment to excellence in recruitment.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or Talent Acquisition professional, with a track record of success in sourcing and attracting top talent.
- Strong proficiency in candidate hunting, utilizing various sourcing channels and techniques to identify and engage with candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and online sourcing tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
