We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to:
- Be a trusted member of the management team that can operate independently and make sound judgements and recommendations.
- Passionate about employees and their well-being.
- Provides timely and confidential support to employees and managers by seeking understanding of employee related issues.
- Responsible for full cycle HR processes including but not limited to HRIS system, benefits, open enrollment, payroll, leave management, recruitment, terminations, and onboarding.
- Functional knowledge and understand of principles, theories, federal and state laws, rules, and regulations related to HR administration.
- Demonstrate the ability to identify problems, provide solutions, and follow up with documentation.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills with employees, managers and executive team.
- Minimum of 5 or more years of HR responsibilities.
- Bachelors degree in related field or progressive years of experience in HR
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Must be able to work weekdays with occasional weekends or evenings for events
