Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage Bookkeeping, General Ledger and properly assign GL codes.
• Perform HR duties to include Onboarding, Separation, Policies, and Employee Support point of contact.
• Manage Payroll, Commissions, Garnishments, PTO, and Sick time Accruals.
• Supervise, train, and provide direction to AR/AP and admin staff.
• Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures.
• Maintain and update the company’s accounting and billing system.
• Ensure strict confidentiality of all company and owner’s information.
• Define procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
• Plan and implement office systems, layout, and office procurement to maintain office efficiency.
• Design and implement office policies, establishing standards and procedures.
• Collaborative across teams and departments to ensure high quality and timely project completion aligned with the company’s mission.
• Maintain office staff job results through coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Process employee payments, including receiving and verifying expense reports and requests for advances, and preparing checks.
• Provide administrative support, and guidance to Management and Supervisors administrating discipline and termination.
• Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning.
• Other Duties assigned by General manager or Operations Manager
• Minimum 5 years of Office Managerial Experience
• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) policies and practices
• Demonstrated experience in HR Management and Payroll Administration
• Experience in managing employee benefits and relations
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and legal compliance
• Experience working in the construction industry is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bookkeeping skills
Compensation: $77K-$87K
