We are currently seeking a seasoned and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department, responsible for overseeing a workforce of 200+ employees. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs aligned with the company''s goals. The HR Manager will play a critical role in employee relations, talent management, and HR compliance, working closely with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture, address employee concerns, and enhance engagement. Key responsibilities include overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with employment laws, managing performance appraisal processes, and administering employee benefits and compensation programs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with proven experience as an HR Manager.
