As the Director HR Business Partner, you will lead the HR Business Partner function and work with leaders at all levels of the organization to gain insight and understanding of our multifamily residential property management industry. You will focus diligently on improving team member engagement, identifying opportunities to ensure a second-to-none team member and manager experience, and will work tirelessly to help lead, train, develop, coach, motivate, and support high quality teams.

- Coach, support, and provide guidance to leaders on various employee-related matters.
- Lead the design, implementation, and administration of operational policies, procedures, and programs to create a premier team member experience that is consistent and fair.
- Focus on achieving results with positive outcomes by gaining a deep understanding of the operational challenges and initiatives to develop and implement creative solutions and processes.
- Ensure team members and leaders have the right tools, resources, and support they need to be successful in their roles.
- Put your human resources knowledge to use by ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
We are looking for great candidates with:
- 5+ years of human resource leadership experience required.
- 7+ years of human resource experience in the areas of employee relations, employment law, and leadership development required.
- Proficient with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to lead through complex situations through the use of effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and influence others.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Minimum High School or GED. Bachelor's degree in business or related subject preferred; or five to 8 years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Platform.
